The new 2020 911 Turbo S has emerged with improved driving dynamics and a more powerful engine. Here is the specs, features and price of the car.

Porsche 911 Turbo S was finally officially introduced. The new vehicle appeared on the scene with the Coupe and Cabriolet body type. Just as expected, it came with distinctive details that distinguish it from other members of the family.

Specs, features of 2020 Porsche 911 Turbo S

The new Porsche 911 Turbo S is 45mm wider at the front and 20mm wider at the rear compared to its predecessor. The weight of the vehicle also increased by 50 kg, but this was compensated by extra power.

Under the hood, there is a dual turbo 3.8-liter six-cylinder Boxer engine. Combined with an 8-speed dual clutch automatic transmission, the engine produces 650 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. So it's 70 horsepower than its predecessor.

The new Porsche 911 Turbo S has a four-wheel drive system with limited shift differential in the center and rear. The standard suspension system is also combined with the rear axle steering system.

The new 911 Turbo S completes 0-100 km / h acceleration in 2.7 seconds, 0-200 km / h acceleration in 8.9 seconds, 1 second less than its predecessor.

The maximum speed of the new Porsche 911 Turbo S has been announced as 330 km / h for both body types. When the vehicle reaches this speed, the active spoiler under the front bumper and the rear work together to create a 100-kg downforce. This makes the new 911 Turbo S cling to the road more tightly.

Price

The new Porsche 911 Turbo S is expected to go on sale this year. The starting price of the 911 Turbo S Coupe is 216 thousand 396 euro. The Cabriolet was announced as 229 thousand 962 euro.
